Club Membership Fees are now due for the coming 2011-12 season. Dee Brooking has kindly volunteered to take over as Manbership Secretary and has produced all the necessary forms for you to renew your membership. You can download all of them from this web page or collect copies from the bar.
The key points about membership are:
- The Membership year runs from 1st September to 31st August. any Member not commencing payment by 30th October will be deemed to have resigned from the Club.
- Any Member that pays by standing order and subsequently cancels that order will be deemed to have resigned from the Club.
- Please Note: that any player, coach or official that takes part in Rugby that is not a member of the club is NOT covered by the RFU's Club's insurance. A player, playing as a casual player is covered on a game by game basis provided the casual player fee has been paid.
- Any Member who completed a SO form last year and the Club is still in receipt of those payments does not need to complete a new form as their membership will roll over to the new season
- Each Member is required to complete a Membership Form which is available from the Bar. Payments can be made by, completing a standing order form (available from behind the bar), cash, cheque or Visa. Forms and payment are to be left behind the bar
- Please note the Membership Secretary, has the powers to agree nominal rates in cases of hardship.

| There will be a special enrollment day for Junior and Mini Rugby Members on the morning of Sunday 4th September at which parents can complete the membership process. For more details speak to your child's team coach. |
