We run a wide range of social events, discos, karaoke evenings, quiz nights etc plus specific events for the junior members of the club. One of the highlights of the year is the club BBQ and hog roast
Throughout the season there are also a series of formal and less formal lunches and dinners. Before all major First XV home games there is a Chairmans or Vice Presidents lunch. As a new town which attracted people from far and wide it is appropriate that dinners are held for Burns Night and also on St George's, St David's and St Patrick's Days. That said the club has a very liberal approach and for the price of a ticket anyone can hold honary English, Scottish, Welsh of Irish status for the evening and celebrate in the appropriate tradition. The players presentation and Sponsors dinners are also high points of the social calendar and not forgetting the annual Grand Summer Ball.
